Well I had stopped playing. Started playing live cash. Now Im sick so I cant travel. I have an acct on strs/cake all the US sites except ultimate bet. I figured I'd get healthy(tuff one) and get some rakeback, so it has to be UB(obv no acct). So I go to the rakeback site set everything up and it says multiple accts. There have been about 30 emails 10 pings into support, and like 5/6 phone calls. I told them I dont have any accts, but a family member does am I still eligble? UB says just register with a different email and MY personal info. So I proceed and it says multiple. Now I had an acct on absolute/ spades club/affiliates. So I said to obv cancel every affiliated acct, they said I could'nt set up cause of that. So I wait was told 5 times everything was ready, got the ok from the rakeback site and UB said everyting is good to go. So after the emails phone calls(brawls) I go to set it up and it says multiple. Im a good dude been through it(court cases/sickness) so I just try to level with them so i have to have that 27% 30 % rakeback. The bottom line is that I was told to go register from anohter computer. Now I dont have access to another computer, Im stuck. I asked them if anyone else on their networks has family accts. Same computer 2 diff accts personal info they said of course so. Its another software problem, so I said I cant register a new act and receive a 27% rakeback because of another problem with your peoples software? We mysteriously got disconnected on the phone again, just a true disgrace. I'd just like to thank UB for making my gaming experience a true pleasure( I set the rakeback up/same situation in about 3 mins on Fulltilt)..
