    UltimateBet.com is going all out to show their appreciation for the PocketFives.com community. For everyone affected by the upgrade problems, UB is trying to make it up to you. For all the p5ers that are loyal UB customers, UB is thanking you.

    On Saturday, April 8th at 8 PM ET, UB will be hosting a $20+2 tournament for PocketFives.com members only.

    The winner of this tournament will receive an ADDED $12,000 WSOP Main Event Package! This means that no matter how many people sign up, UB will be adding $12,000 worth of prizes to the winner of this tournament.

    If you've already won your seat, don't worry, you will be allowed to transfer or sale this one.

    To register for the tournament, you must email contests@ub.com with the following information:

    P5s screen name
    UltimateBet screen name
    Real name

    You must have $22 in your account, they will take the $22 out of your account when they manually register you for the tournament.

    I know many of you have had problems during the upgrade, but I think UB is going out of their way here by giving this community a $12,000 package. This tells me that they are serious about keeping their customers and that they will do what it takes to make us happy.

    I havent played UB in awhile, but I was loyal and will be playing in this. 20+2 and giving a seat? People dont play and let me donk out a chance.

    I asked the beeg this question specifically and he assured me you can sell or transfer your seat even if you won your other seat on another site.

    Wow im impressed Cal...its amazing how far p5s has grown since ive been a member...just about every site is doing a promotion through you guys...its neat to see what a couple of college guys like me can accomplish! I cant wait to see what you guys have in store for us in the coming years! I feel privileged to be apart of this...Thanks for all you do for the poker community...

    This is more a testament to the power of pocketfives.com than it is a testament to UB.

    Either way, good deal for whoever wins it. UB will not enjoy my $2 rake however.

    I know a lot of people (including myself) were very upset with the whole UB experience over the last month, but they have done a lot of cool things to try to make up for it.

    It's great to see UB and other sites doing things specifically for the Pocketfives community!

    This is a great promotion and I will definitely be there!

    If I read it correctly, it will be a normal $20+2 tournament? Normal Payouts based on entrants but 1st place also gets the WSOP package?

    Is there anyway to do a check to make sure whoever gets first is a participating P5 member. Not someone who just joined today to get in this promotion? So it could be possible that 2nd or 3rd could win it if people just joining for this promotion would finish higher? It would be nice to actually know the person who is winning the P5 seat. Go Sun Devils!!!
