Just a warning to anyone making a first deposit on ultimate bet with a prepaid card especially green dot card users .

My friend loaded up his green dot and made a first time deposit on ultimate bet . Cashier said it was pending and he needed to call them . He called support and they said any US citizens making a first deposit with a CC had to call and do it manually that's why it was pending .

So they tried to bill the card several times in different amounts and with no luck until 1 processor said it was declined because of insufficient funds. Turns out there were insufficient funds because of the first hold from the initial deposit thru the cashier .

Ultimate bet said it would be reversed in 24 hours so no big deal, 48 hours later it was posted on his card but ultimate bet disagreed and said they was no charge processed.

So he's out his deposit, ultimate bet said it didn't go through and green dot won't do anything saying it got charged. Green dot makes you write them a letter to dispute charges , they wont do anything over the phone AT ALL so just a warning to anyone thinking of a first deposit using any prepaid card there .

So if your gonna try prepaid there for the first time the rep said call do not do it through the cashier or you will end up in this same mess . Just a warning ....
