  1. As title states i tried to initiate a withdrawal yesterday and am being told the bank transfer option is unavailable, and that i have to submit a bunch of info before being able to withdraw by check.
  2. then do what they ask.. or contact support.. just that simple
  3. I take it you've never cashed out before as this is standard that you have to submit information to them to verify your account.
  4. Their support doesn't have the rep for making things "simple"
  5. What you define as a " bunch of info" is a scanned copy of your photo I.D. and any kind of proof of address, with your FT I.D. wrote in it. It takes close to 1 1/2 minutes.

    I had to do it yesterday. I always used e-passporte or e-checks. They approved the documents in less than 3 hours.

  7. i wonder how long its going to take them to tell me my transfer didnt go through. I made a withdrawal about a week ago, they said it was approved but who knows. Anyone actually had a successful bank transfer recently?
     
  8. I made an e check withdrawal on the 26th of April, it has still not hit my bank account. They apologized for it twice and gave me a $300 bonus. They said I should have the transfer shortly no later than the 23rd guaranteed.
