Depends on how you got in. If you got in through a sat, you cannot unregister. If you paid outright, there should be a button.

The number one question asked RE: Full Tilt. Answer is always no. You cannot unregister for a tourney you satellited into.

Has nothing to do with "service", it has everything to do with software limitations and their current policy. You should have realized this before you played the sat.
They are trying to get tournament dollars implemented on the software. Hopefully soon.
