My name on here before was cad0634455 and I have since changed it to Cindy24. In June my account was hacked and almost 500.00 stolen. pokerstars did a investigation for a month while my account was frozen and yesterday morning Sonya from security called me. She did a great job and was very helpful. They were able to track down 300.00 that he donked off to an accomplice and they put it back in my account. The rest he lost to legitimate players so I won't get that back. I am just glad I got some back.
To everyone who offered to transfer me funds I want to thank you because I was so upset that this happened to me and you all were so nice to me. I appreciate the Pocket Fives community because Poker players are good people. Cindy24 -

I'm glad to hear that you were able to recover some of your lost bankroll. Nice job pokerstars support. Good luck on the tables, Cindy.

Thank you so much and good luck to all of you.

Good for you and good for stars! Again proving why they're my favorite site to play on. (Now can we please get synchronized breaks and do something about that late registration?)

Did your account really get hacked or were you careless?
