  1. i have just tried to sign in to my full titl account and it said my password or user name was inccorect after trying a few times i emailed support for a new password. I tried the new password and again it didnt work, the same message saying either my password or username was incorrect.

    have any of you ever had this problem?

    should i be worried?
    i have emailed support but they are taking forever to get back to me.
    i cashed out from full tilt for the first time today,coudl this have anything to do with it?
  2. yes you should be worried, and all you can do is wait for their response. Probably has somethin do with multiple accounts or fraud of some sort.
  3. IS CAPS LOCK ON? idk if that even matters actually, but i wouldnt sweat it.

  6. if you didnt do anything they will clear it up but they are prop investigating something, did you do any transfers?
     
  7. erm no i dont think so,i have excluded myself from playing for 12 hour periods 3 times in the last 4 days coz of exams, could this be something to do with it??

    also i cashed out for the first time today by cheque which may have something to do with it although i doubt it.

    exams finish 2mro so i realy hope its sorted out by then, was hoping to put some srious volume in. sigh.
