What's our shoving range here? ICM via SNG wiz makes it pretty tight, but the blinds will hit us next and with the big stack two to our left we can easily diminish our fold equity if we wait for a better spot. On the other hand, the BTN is a microstack. If we get throught the two big stacks and the button microstack, I'd think the blinds would have to be very tight. Would you take a negative edge here or would you go straight by ICM $EV? How well do you trust ICM when the starting pot is this big relative to most of the stacks (3/4 of the players have M < 3.5)?
