Do NOT purchase this card as a gift for someone if they intend to use it for "gaming" purposes.
Here's an E-mail I had to send to support. ( sorry if this should be in OT)

This is unreal, I purchased a Vanillia Mastercard Giftcard about 2 days ago and it still does not work.

Today I call your customer service number and I get nothing but rudeness and attitude.

I'am told I call too much and I have to wait another 3-4 days to use my money.

First of all, I purchased this card to use the funds on a poker site only to find out that I can't deposit on to a gambling site because gambling sites are illegal in the USA, well I live in Canada where we belive you have the right to spend our hard earned money on what we choose (within the law).
Gaming websites are LEGAL in Canada and it being that way I didn't think twice about not being able to deposit to my poker room of choice.

Then I come to find out that you are an AMERICAN company so why the hell are you selling "gift" cards in Canada while still enforcing rediculous American laws on the unsupecting consumer.

There is nothing in the "terms and Agreements" about not being able to use the funds for gaming porposes, or even to go as far as not letting me purchase a deck of cards from a website.

So in follow up calls with "customer service" I'am told that the expiry date on my card and in your files do not match and that is preventing me from using my funds in ways that you deem to be "legal".

I'am told the card will be working tonight at 9:30am.

9:45pm card still doesn't work, when I call to inqiure why my card is still not working I'am rudly asked "didn't you call 15 minutes ago?" I told him I called at 9:30 in the moring and would like to know why my card is not working, He told me that I was already the problem, like I caused it and that I wouldn't be able to use the card for 3-4 days.

This is so rediculous the only good thing is that I did not make the mistake of buying this useless peice of plastic as a gift as I would die of embarassment from:
1) being declined when they tried to purchase their gift.
2) Having to deal with your terrible costomer service.

This is by far the worst experiance I've had with buying anything in my life.

Please keep your silly laws in your own country if your going to peddel your wares in mine.
