Very Confusing Hand in Cake 30r

    Okay so this guy has been fairly aggressive and I just decided to reship ATC on him because of it next time I was in the blinds and he raised. I realize that this was probably a mistake on my part with the hand I had. But I'm just wondering if his call was also bad? I dont get it I sharkscoped him and hes up 3000 basically playing these tournaments and I dont understand how he can make the call he made.

    Edit: I had opened up the last hand but other than that had not played a hand in like 3 orbits

    39o is just a bad hand in general to do anything with, much less resteal against a fishy player who has no idea of the raise/fold concept
