I know everyone is probably thinking easy call, but what could he have that I beat?
Two pair turned into bluff
Ah w/non heart -> probably just call river bet since he has straight (this is what I thought he had during the hand until is river shove)
Smaller flush would have raised earlier in the hand probably
I'm thinking he had some Ax suited like A3 A4 A5 etc...
Thoughts?
Buddy and I disagree. -
I call 100/100 times. Please tell me your buddy was the one telling you to fold and you didnt and not the other way around. Terribad fold.
-
the all in bet on the river would scare the hell out of me here. It would be nice to take a look at his stats to see if hes the type of dude that would shove a straight here...........either way iam never folding here
-
Snap call
No way I'm EVER folding here. It's Ah wuthout another heart waaaaay too often to fold. -
Why teribad? I know everyone is thinking he missed nut flush and shoves the Ah with non heart, but Ace gives him the nut straight so you would think a call would be his play with the ace or maybe a smaller raise hoping to get value from two pair or smaller straight.
The shove in my mind can only be some missed draw that he turned into a bluff or better flush. Maybe Kh and a nonheart makes more sense?
I know I give people too much credit. I put him on some A3 A4 A5 suited hand that he shoved for value hoping I call with straight.
