Waiting for Big Blind when Late Regging on FTP...

    What do you guys think about having to wait for the big blind when you late registration on Full Tilt Poker? It's tough in rebuy tournaments to miss an orbit, especially if you register when the rebuy period is almost over. I find it a little frustrating. Is there anyway for FTP to make it more like stars and you can be dealt in once you sit down?

    It's awful, it's much, much worse in Super Turbos, there's a thread about it every week, and as is par for the course for Full Tilt support, they not only haven't fixed it, but Doug never seems to address it on his increasingly rare visits here.

    Yeah I forgot to mention, when they move you to another table you also have to wait til the big blind too lol.

    Def hate this have joined late before to forget that I don't get to see a hand for the orbit should have just decided on not playing the tourny I end up usually seeing the level go up as I am waiting to be dealt my first hand

    anyone else hate in rebuys if you late register in the add on period you cant rebuy? If their going to let you register in the add on period why not let us rebuy!

    lol i actually remember late regging a freezeout on FTP recently, and i was moved to 2 different tables...and it took me (i checked the clock cause this has continuously been an issue) 15 minutes before getting a hand dealt to me...2 table moves and waited full orbits every time...definitely somethin id like to see fixed as well.

    lol same happened to me in their huge "Big Little Tournament"... i moved to 4 different tables and missed 15 minutes of play... always fun in a turbo with 30k+ runners

    Exactly, its not like you can choose to sit in a seat behind the blinds and miss them intentionally. This needs to be fixed right away. I am getting closer and closer to leaving FT because they don't ever fix shit like this and its a huge pain in the ass to cash out.

    This is changing soon. You'll still have to wait for your BB at your original table, but if you get moved before that happens you will no longer have to wait. For Super Turbos we're removing the penalty entirely.

    This is also changing soon. You'll be able to rebuy any time during the add-on period as long as you're under the threshold and haven't taken the add-on yet. So you'll be able to late reg, rebuy, and then add-on all during the add-on break.
