  1. Im a new player with around a $300 BR and I just play casually at work on days when I dont have shit to do (almost everyday). Really just play SnGs or very low buy-in mtts. If I dont have much time I sit at a .05/.10 6max cash game which I usually go +/- 1 or 2 bucks.

The question at hand is whether or not that is a waste of time or good practice? Should I atleast play .10/.25 or .25/.50? Still a donk and wonder if the skill is really diff at those levels. First non OT post and appreciate all the info I learn just reading other peoples questions.
  2. Are we talking about limit or NL cash games? Playing .10/.25 or .25/.50 NL on a $300 BR is a really good way to go broke unless you start out on a giant heater. $300 is only 6 buy-ins for .25/.50...you could go through that in two sessions, easy, if you run bad.

  3. Yes NL and thats what I figured. Ill jsut stick to my nickels and dimes and use it to pay for some of my buyins and to get FTPs to clear my bonus.
