1. pokerstars's standard practice is to conduct a special security review for players in each large tournament, including the Sunday Million and WCOOP events.

At this time the review is completed for all players in the WCOOP Main Event which concluded on October 1, except for the winner, where the investigation is continuing. We hope to conclude it as soon as possible.

The details of all security investigations are confidential.

This player has also requested that their personal information is not disclosed, and therefore PokerStars cannot divulge information about the player's identity.

2. rigged.

in the sense that we want to know who is smarter than the rest of us.
3. Hope u get that cheater
4. this has got to mean something shady..right?

edit: Ship the win to Ka$ino!!!!!
5. I am not sure about everyone else here, but I feel we need more details. As a rake paying supporter of your site, I feel that it is your customer's best interests to give specific details as to who you caught and how.

Otherwise, there will be an outrage as many people will feel that you "swept the issue under the rug".I think we should, at the very least, be allowed to know who was caught and where they placed in the tournament. Otherwise, please consider me an ex customer.
6. I would imagine that the 'results' will tell you that loud and clear. Such as if the 1st place is redistributed, etc. I'm sure there willl be some press release on the subject... eventually
7. "At this time the review is completed for all players in the WCOOP Main Event which concluded on October 1, except for the winner,"

Did you even read the OP?
8. Please get the cheater, pokerstars!!!!
As rake-paying players, we need a fair and clean game.
9. does this mean that the blatant chip dumping between ladymaverick and stelladora has been reviewed and cleared or that you've already done something about it but its confidential?

10. "Please get the cheater, pokerstars!!!!

Please give the appearance that you are doing something and that your games are safe, so I can keep paying your rake....Thanks for nothing.
11. Ladymav is a PS pro. The suggestion that her personal life relationships could translate into any form of inpropriety at the table disgusts me.

Pfft
12. This is actually probably thevoid 4th leveling all of us
13. "I would imagine that the 'results' will tell you that loud and clear. Such as if the 1st place is redistributed, etc. I'm sure there willl be some press release on the subject... eventually"

My prediction is that stars will conclude that no cheating occured. It was his sisters/brothers/uncles account and no funds will be redistributed. To actually conclude the investigation by redistributing funds would be a huge scandal. It would be a disaster for online poker.
14. I would be curious to know how many accounts played from the same IP address in this tournament....then when questioned the user/s said, "My "friend"/"sister"/"brother"/"dad"/"mom"/"relative"/"neighbor"/etc. came over to play with me that day. What a load of shit...do a little research and see how many big buy-in tournaments this "new account" has played over the past year and then realize something nots right.

I know its hard to "prove" and more than likely they'll just get a slap on the wrist, get to keep their money, and told not to let it happen again but something really needs to be done. Sites *may not* rig the way their cards are dealt, but to continue to let blatant cheaters get away with this crap is a different kind of "rigged" in my book.
15. The sites are just screwing themselves.
16. Stephen, while you're investigating theVoid, slip a piece of code to the programmers to start a weekly 215$ razz tourney, K? Thx
17. the void = mark teltscher (he used to be play2kill on stars) who had 5 accounts in the main event

the play2kill account is nowadays usually used by michael thuritz from sweden who plays 25/50 nl. im not talking about michael who is a great guy and wouldnt do something like this.

im talking about mark teltscher, the guy from london who is really arrogant who im sure some of you met in the bahamas this year. he introduces himself in a couple of ways, one is "hi i am play2kill, you know me" or "hi my name is mark, i live in monte carlo and i drive a ferrari"

the void account was in his sisters name and they are checking if he was playing on all of these accounts in the main.

i got this info from 2p2, check out this HUGE thread over there, so its not like im really leaking this info, its been known over there for like 4 days:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...art=1&vc=1

i hate to see something like this happen but im happy for my buddy kasino if he did in fact cheat.

18. In fact, he should put his investigation on hold until camz has lost his entire BR playing $215 razzaments, then proceed to determine if their flagship event was sullied by a multiaccounting crook.
