    So I was just hanging out with a couple of my poker buds and we started giving Bryan theczar19 piccioli a hard time about his recent misfortunes in online poker tournaments, and through all his hardships an idea was born! TEAM poker! In singles play, there's only one dynamic at play, let's face it boys that's pretty 2002. With teams tho the Entire game changes!! Imagine powerhouse pairs like vadka/smokmybandit, maxxmeister/battler33, niccc/daaang16 Muribe/ramondemon77, gregior/icallseat3, patrolman35/da-professional, and solohomer/jymaster, even drinking buddy/intervention, the possibilities are endless!! Here's the nitty gritty, u register with ur bud and you switch off every couple levels, table draw every partner change, they'd basically just be forced to sit out til their turn. I would continue to espouse the greatness of this idea but I'm pretty sure you all just scarypooper5ed yourselves from how great this idea is, make this idea happen major sites!

    I dont know... this will just lead to more multi-accounting I think. Set up a team with different names but you just play the whole time. Seems like more trouble than good. They do have live team poker, seen it on tv with different countries.

    Run the tourneys in pairs so that team members switch back and forth between the 2. Might he really tough for the sites to implement though

    I don't think it's a bad idea but I really cant see it ever happening.
    And why are people even talking about multi-accounting? I think his idea is player 1 sitting at home 1 and player 2 gets tagged in at whatever point from his home 2

    You really think two people on a team competing together for the same prize money wouldn't want to provide input on each other's hands? There's nothing to stop them from IMing each other and playing hands together.

    what? how does it encourage collusion at all? your teammate isn't even playing the tourney while u are. you play 2 levels, then your teammate plays 2 levels. there are tag team live events like this. just relax man

    how could this possibly encourage multiaccounting anymore than any random wcoop or big sunday? You just see team and snap say words without thinking about them because it encourages it way LESS
