    not sure what te rules are.
    me and other player both exremly short,and forced all in, other shorty is sitting out, and mucked his hand preflop, should i be entitled the 5th place? regardless what i hold. can he win since he mucked his hand preflop while having no chips left?
    would like to hear your opinion thx.

    Player w/ the most chips to start the hand wins since you both lost the main pot... muck pre or not
