Weird sound issue on Pokerstars and FTP

    Hey guys,

    I just bought a new PC and am experiencing some issues. I am using external speakers with this setup and I have sounds for my videos and mp3s, but for some reason, neither FTP or pokerstars will make any sounds. It is absolutely driving me nuts. I have Sounds turned on in both, but for some reason they program wont make any sounds.

    Has anyone had a similar issue? Any idea on what I can do to fix this?

    I went to the mixer and made sure the volume on each program was all the way up.

    Open Control Panel

    Open Sounds & Audio Devices

    In the volume tab under the Device volume section click advanced settings

    Turn up the wave volume or uncheck the mute wave box

    If the wave volume is at full and mute is unchecked, i have no idea other than reinstall/update your audio driver.

    You could also check the FTP/Pstars sites for known issues in this version for your OS

    What OS are you running btw? It may be something else in the OS someone else can help with

    I am running windows 7. I can't find wave volume anywhere. This is driving me nuts haha.

    Contact pokerstars support, they have a fix for everything
