    If the BB is playing like a maniac, why would you bother calling with a hand you would be forced to fold when/if the BB ships? Not to mention the guy who opened might have a hand worth calling a stack with. Get away from the hand and let someone else with a better hand take him out before you can play your game. Everyone at that table has him covered save one, wait for a better scenario.

    You could call, but only fold to 4bet from Commy. Looks like most of apost's shoves were unsuccessful, so you dominate his range.
    If commy has only been opening strong then you might want to fold and let apost donk his stack off to Commy.
    you will still have the chip lead even if you called the 3 BB opener. It is still early and you are ahead, it won't hurt to fold a sb.
