What is the best way to improve my game?

    I know the first thing that pops into everyone's head is prob PokerXFactor, and other training sites. What route should I take if I can't sign up on these sites. Please give me some suggestions that will help. I appreciate anyone's help and good luck to you. Thank you.

    if ur a cash player i would recommend pokersavvy plus. but i have never signed up to any, i only used a 7day free trial with savvy, so take my advie for wat it is. the videos on there were good and i am sure others would be good as well.
