  1. OK I dont have the hand history because I dont know how to get them on FTP but heres how it went.

    Blinds 20/40, Average about 3.3k

Folded around to button, he has 1.2k in chips and seems to be a complete monkey, the previous hand he somehow lost a big pot with A6o against KK on a 763 board. He shoves.

The SB has just over 5k in chips. He flat calls

I am in the BB with just under 5K in chips, what do I do?

I dont have any reads because it is quite early in the tournament. Its a $24+2 btw
  2. Well, I always hate when vague terms get thrown around. He's a monkey. He somehow lost a huge hand with A6 versus KK. I would like to know more particulars.

The SB is the wildcard here. So, what reads do you have on him?

I hate shoving here, only because you have 5,000 chips, and blinds are 20/40, your rediculously deep, why potentially go out when you could be crushed.

But, I hate flat calling here more. With no sb reads, I'd fold, no need to make a move here, and if he is sitting on AA, your going home.

If you think the SB is wide and want to gamble, then shove right here. This is what I would do most of the time here, but being so deep, just don't see the need to take the risk here.
  3. ok maybe monkey is harsh but he called a raise from the small blind with A6 and check/called the flop, check/call on turn and check/check on river. Board was 7,6,3,9,10. Basically I thought he was shoving a wide range due to tilt/being bad etc

  4. I Shovey McShove immediately... but I'm awful at poker.
  5. Turbo shove
  6. If you didn't shove I suggest reevaluating a few things about yourself.
  7. wtf are ur cards edit: oh the title ya shove
     1
  8. shove. glglglglglglglglgl

  9. ok I feel better now. I shoved and he timebanked for a while and called with AA just to make me extra annoyed. I did think about it for ages and since we were so deep its not ideal, but I figured that if the SB knows that the button is shoving such a wide range he calls with maybe A10+, 77+, so I couldnt pass up the chance.

The button showed K9o and despite the flop coming K,Q,10, the aces held up

  10. In low stakes, I think you have to reshove, even though I guess you can argue stakes don't matter as much in this situation where the guy just "seems like a monkey". But I wouldn't be able to fold here.
