edit: sorry......villian has been here around 10 hands and i have no info

  2. What information do you have on the villian?
  3. A little more information would help, but I would probably call with any set, and maybe even with an overpair. I have no additional information, but it's definitely an odd bet. I would make the call with the hands mentioned and hope he has a flush draw. What ended up happening?
  4. Any set, (he's not doing this with a set 99/100 times)
AA, KK, AcKc, Ac3c, Ac 5c, (im assuming you did not raise 3c5c 4x pre) 10cJc, 10cKc, 10cQc...basically any AQ/AK flush draw (2 overs and flush draw), any good combo draw (str8 and flush draw or top pr and flush draw), any set obv,
and any had that can beat JJ....its about the strongest made hand I see him doing that with.

As an aside you dont HAVE to call with these hands b/c unless he's doing this with a set to hope to get a sucker punch in agaisnt a big pair he's gonna continue to spew and you can find a solid spot AFTER confirming he's a spewmonkey.

I think the only 3 MANDATORY MUST CALL HANDS here are AcKc, AcQc, and 1010 given no info on the player. You fold one of those and you should probably quit poker. AcAx Is right there on the fence. Im referring to 100 % calls when I say that, NOT 99.9% of the time call or 80% calls, 100 % calls or quit the game.
  5. KK+, I prolly fold JJ/QQ, but it would probably tilt me to do so.

  6. KK+ any set, top two. Flush draw with two overs cumbo draw down low.
  7. when i play cash on stars i open 4x as a standard(as they don't have the bet pot feature) i would not put 5c3c out of my opening range either as i'm a fairly loose opener at 6 max.........

with no info on the villian i think i call with 44, 1010, 22........i honestly prolly would not call with AA-JJ......(AA-KK being the close exception) i dunno tho.....that may be a bit spwey........AcJ-Kc i think is a fold a too........i mean can you really call $170 into $18 with two overs and flush draw........i fold any nut flush draw if it did not have 2 overs to go with it (Ac2-9c) for sure but maybe im just a nit

i dunno its just such an akward spot and i was just looking to see what people would call there with

  8. I think id much rather call in this spot w/ AcKc-Jc than w/ AA and no club, the reason being when you are ahead with AA in this spot you will still be a favorite w/ the flush draw+2 overs (except against maybe A10o), but when you are behind with AA in this spot (to a set) the AcKc-Jc gives you a nut flush draw plus the backdoor broadway draw. In that spot your draw isnt THAT far behind to a set , whereas AA is a 2 outer.
  9. id say any big club draw (draw +overs), any set, QQ-AA. those are for sure what im calling with. i dont think u can call off with just A10. JJ is a borderline call imo
  10. 79 off suit but you know the runner runner str8 is coming so you will be in great shape. ;)
  11. i had Jh 10h........and folded obv.......but that wasn't the point of the discussion.........thanks for all opinions........

  13. Call a set or 2p, fold anything else. Maybe call with a flush draw and 2 overs or AA.
