usually fold though as you are prob racing at best. -
I think I fold there unless i know the reraiser to be ridiculous. People love to minbet big hands in this situation. You also cant get players to lay down, so if they have 2 face cards be prepared to race for your stack. Given these 2 factors, and the fact that there was an UTG minraise to go with it, I say lay it down pre.
