Yeah I'd normally raise PF but this guy was really loose PF and putting pressure postflop. I was trying to play small pots versus him.

what do you expect to be called from here on the river that you beat? or is this just a huge overbet bluff because you don't think you have the best hand?
and how can you say you were trying to play small pots with him but then put your whole stack in the pot on the river with a hand that has a TON of showdown value, esp against a loose opponent? -
Frankly I was 100% sure He would call with a worse 7. Obviously there's no point in turning my hand into a bluff here cause there's no chance a loose player fold a better hand, I was just thinking he had a worse made hand and would call. He instacalled with J3 for a FH :(.

i could see the reasoning behind that but who knows how often he's going to make a "hero call" with a worse 7 to make it a profitable play. i think you're better off just checking behind here and hopefully your hand is good.
