What is everyone's Opinion on the 90 man KO's on FTP

    I actually really enjoy these tournaments. I think the structure could be a little bit better. But I typically play in the 90 man 10+1 KO's and have done fairly well in them recently. Only 1 win but like 3 2nd places and 4 or 5 3-4th place finishes. But it just seems once you get down to the Final 2 tables. The average chip stack is like 18K with blinds atl ike 2000/4000 Even at the FT its almost and ALL IN or Fold Situation unless yourthe chips leader with 60K in chips. I played in one 24+2 and IDK if the Chip Structure was better or just people got KO'ed faster in the tournament. But I looked up and we were down to 2 tables and I only had about 7K in chips and was still ok with the blinds. Anyone else have opinons on these?

    Personally, I think these are blast! I play a couple per day, but the variance is high because of the knock-out fund, people will call shoves with all types of crap!

    The difference is the 90 man's are turbos, the 24+2 is normal structure. My problem with the 90 man's is they only pay the final table. It seems like you go along way and then have to hope your shoves win near the bubble.

    i love them... they are much more controlable than the 12/180s on stars because it starts double stack. As long as you dont get sucked out on too many times these are relatively easy to FT, and eventually win.

    I've played in one of these (last night after dusting off $600 in MTT buy-ins) and had ten KO's and won it. So.......my opinion is that they are fun.

    A) I just checked, I think the structures are exactly the same.

    B) They pay 10% of the field. It's pretty standard in a MTT. And as for shoves near the bubble Welcome to Turbo Tournaments.

    I think they should have a couple 90 mans non-turbos...some of us dont' run as well as others!!! I won my first 11 KO i played, FT and cashed in the next 26, then ran like @$$ and got to FT and then nothing since....still fun though.
