What happens if the bill passes?

    What would the time frame be for this. Would this be the final step or would there be appeals? Doing what we can, but in case it passes just want an accurate idea of what would happen...

    Well when does it, dec 31? Jan 1? Nov 1? Does anyone have some realistic information on the worst case scenario progression?

    But it doesn't stop bank transactions with Neteller, right? I don't even see how it will do much.

    If it passes the president still has to sign it (almost gauranteed that he will). From what I understand the bill will not allow american banking companies to do business with off shore gambling sites. How ever I dont think this should hamper transactions threw firepay and neteller. Most credit card companies already do not accept transactions to off shore gambling because of the high volume of fraud.

    That's not the case at all. If the bill is passed, there will be a date that it goes into effect. It will take a while, though I'm not sure how long. I'm sure the WCOOP main event will be huge regardless.

    There are a lot of things that are still up in the air here. It looks like something will be passed, but at this point what will be passed exactly is unknown.

    Any legislation is bad for us. The bill will NOT go into effect immediately, so please do not panic.
