I've played 14 months and I think I'm ready for the "next level." What do I need????

-Poker Tracker: Should I get Poker Tracker, or some other software?
-What software is best for running EV calculations???
-What about managing multiple tables???
-Also, I mostly play at pokerstars and had NO IDEA what a "rakeback" was when I signed up. Can I get a rakeback for Stars???
My "best cashes" have ALL come in the last two months:
14th of 5,686 - $55 buy-in
2nd of 1,000 - $4.40 buy-in
5th of 4,969 - $1.10 buy-in
10th of 3,713 - $3.30 buy-in
1st of 180 - $12 buy-in -
you dont really need any software...but if your going to get I would suggest Holdem Manager over poker tracker any day.....if i were u id spend the money on a pokerxfactor account and watch videos everyday, it will improve your game 100% ..... also pokerstars does not offer rakeback...if you want rakeback join ftp
