eg pos etc....some hands that should be folded UTG
can easily be pushed if folded to late
any money considerations and anyone shorter than you etc -
There are training sites that have series of sessions on push fold decision making.

It is highly dependent on a number of factors:
MTT, ST_SNG, MT_SNG, pay-out structure, bubble considerations for ITM, ICM, etc.
It's a subject that can not be effectively addressed in a short forum post.
You need to define and narrow your question to get some type of reasonable answer.
