Hey all... has stars announced what time they will stop play on the day 1s of the tourneys tomorrow?
Thanks,
Matt -
I dont know, I was wondering aswell.
-
Each of the two-day events will stop after approximately 12 hours of play (including the breaks). The low-stakes versions of Events 8 and 22 will pause at the end of level 44, the medium-stakes versions will pause after the end of level 33, and the high-stakes versions will pause after the end of level 22.
Hope that helps -
That was what I was looking for as well, definitely helps, thanks Elvis79.

level 44 of the giant donkament is 125/250k. if you assume 15000 players, there are going to be 150,000,000 chips in play. At the end of that level there will only be 600 big blinds in play total, meaning you're pausing it with at maximum two tables left and at close to 5am?
Why not shut it down a bit earlier than that? I'm not advocating shutting it down when they get to the money or anything, cuz that's still 12000 players or so who have to come back the next day given their retarded payout structures, but that seems like it won't leave very much play left for tomorrow. -
Reckon you'll be able to sit out for a few hours and get some sleep?
