what is ur starting bankroll?

    i usually deposit by 50/100s..
    then. as i get poorer, i deposit more,
    as i get richer, i withdraw more..

    it's a dumb logic to be honest...

    so anyone keen to share their starting BR?

    busted 100$ deposits quite a few times, the roll ive had now for the last 4 years i grinded from 5000points on ftp

    think if u grind a roll up from nothing u value it more

    made a good 5 or 6 $100 deposits on stars before it stuck. then moved to bodog with a $300 deposit. then moved to full tilt with a $500 deposit.

    My friend and I deposited $20 (been sharing a bankroll) on FT last year (both of us playing part time, haven't been playing much lately) and have never had to deposit again. Both withdrawing money (he has withdrew like $7k, me about $2k). Currently we are crippled at $100 (emergency, needed to withdraw).

    Stuck by very strict bankroll rules (pretty much only tourneys/MTSNGs, occasional SNG or occasional micro-low cash):
    Under $500- $5 or less
    Over $500- bi has to be 1% of total br or less

    I deposited $20, then I hit a couple of $2 27 mans to get my roll up to about $40. Transferred him half and been transferring back and forth ever since.

    Deposited $50 16 times before running it up to $1k... never busted my roll after hitting that landmark... It was tough... just grinding out $1 45 mans till i got to like $300, then moved to the $5 45 mans till I got to like $700/800, once that close to 1k I started taking some shots at $26 MTTs.. binked a cpl and was up to like 3 or 4k...

    Was then rolled for $20 45 mans and continued to run it up to 20k in about 4-5 months... It was a lot tougher getting from $200-1k than it was from 1k-10k tho... seemed like once I had a more flexible roll to take shots at the games that give u potential for hitting 4-fig scores, my BR grew at a much faster rate.

    deposited $25 back in 2005? two days later another $25...two days later another $25.....one month later $30......
    been maintaining about a 2k roll while taking out some scratch here and there for the past 5 or 6 years.

    So many have started with the classic redepositing till you hit. I was a losing online redepositor for a few years but now have turned it around and my last 200 deposit in March should be the last one I make. I have a friend that just started playing and has already went through a couple $50 deposits. My advice to him was to stop depositing $50 at a time and try to start with $200-$500 and use proper BRM from the start. You may be able to use a little bit more aggressive BRM than normal if redepositing is an option, but basically saying try to put on $500 and play $5 45 man MTSNGs with 100 buy-in and try to get a 1000 game sample and then we will see where you are. I think a lot of beginners could do well with this advice. GL

    looool !!! Is that 4 real Gasp ??

    I personaly deposited like 6-8 times 50 to 200 withdraw 800 once in the midtime. I got a good boost recently so now I can apply a clean BRM in order to never click the "Make a deposit" button again.
