I opted to fold becuase i didnt wanna risk half my stack with JJ, but thats just me -
I myself would elect to go ahead and put the rest of his chips in and hope that its a race. Theres only 3 hands taht beat you and at this spot im looking to accumulate (spelling?) as many chips as possible and this seems like a good spot. Just my 2 cents tho.
-
pretty easy fold imo, you have a ton of chips that you can get in the middle in a way better spot
-
If hes been very aggressive you put him all in but if he's been fairly tight you fold. Simple as that.
-
I call. You still have a lot of chips and if the board comes low I am all in. Thats the safe way to do it. If a K or A hits you get out cheap
-
Either put him all in or fold. I totally disagree with calling over half this guy's stack preflop just to fold when you're committed after the flop. As someone else mentioned if he's been aggressive, put him in...tight, fold.
I'm willing to believe you made the right decision here in folding. The raise committing himself could very easily mean a higher pair. A smaller pair would have just been a push.
