    Fact of the matter is, the guy has won 11 bracelets. He has won a lot of money and parlayed his image into a money making machine. The guy knows what he is doing.

    I'd ask him if he was inspired by John McEnroe as a kid. Seriously though, your bud is very lucky....I wonder how dramatically it will improve his game. Don't mean to hijack your thread, but where do you play in an on online league?

    I’m the guy who won the lesson with Hellmuth. Thanks for throwing the question out there Colonel. Also, nice suckout on that flush Monday.

    So as Colonel says, I’m trying to maximize my time when I sit down with Hellmuth next weekend.

    First off, say what you want about Phil Hellmuth, but the guy is an icon. He has 11 more bracelets than anyone I know. Yeah, there are some stronger players out there right now, but Ivey, Mercier, Mortensen, etc weren’t available when I won this. Phil’s a character, but I’m sure he can give me tips to make my game better. I just hope he isn’t wearing a toga during the lesson….

    There’s a couple of great questions here, and I’m definitely going to add them to my list. There’s also a ton of hilarious posts here, and maybe I’ll ask him a few of them depending on how much time we have & what kind of mood he’s in.

    If you’ve got any more suggestions, I’m all ears. After I get back, I’ll check back in & let you all know how it went.

    BTW, HogWildPoker dominates. Highly recommended for poker leagueware.
