My leaks:
1) spewin, and spewin hard
2) Overkill bluffs: getting deep in a tourney only to bust by reshoving 20bbs into a big stack's middle position raise with QT or some similar "playable" hand, solely because he is a big stack and "probably doesn't have it"--------this one drives me batshit insane because it's not a calculated play, it's a robotic impulsive shove. PATIENCE IS KEY.
3) signing up for tourneys i can't possibly stay awake for since I have a fulltime job. (I've passed out at the FT of the $50 10k that starts at like 3am AT LEAST twice)
Edit: I noticed no one really is mentioning their method/practices/tricks to plugging their leaks, so I'll go ahead and start it off.

4betting light too much, but i dont care, gonna keep doing it til everyone realizes that i do in fact, keep it real.
and something that i never really used to do during tourneys. Tilt (which doesnt help leak #1 at all). been letting my personal life leak over into my poker, and that has to stop
oh, and probably worst is watching tv, even with a bunch of tables, and surfing net, and not really paying attention, end up playing like a bot with alot of tables if im not concentrating -
Ive never gotten away with the light 4bet except vs taypaur maybe 1 or 2 times max. I did feel like a hero tho when it worked.

BB blind vs SB blind

1. Over estimating my fold equity (usually on 4bet bluffs).
2. Not knowing how to give up on the hand when my 3bet gets flatted and I whiff the flop.
3. When I'm chipleader (or thereabouts) deep in an MTT, getting myself into absurd/unnecessary spots against 2nd/3rd chip stacks because "I can apply pressure on them". -

I have spent a lot of time analyzing and critiquing my fundamental flaws lately and I feel I have improved greatly upon them. My leaks right now would probably have to deal a lot with marginal spots. I feel I haven't been mathematical enough in my approach to the game which may help my play in those marginal spots. My biggest leak would have to come from my lack of aggression sometimes, particularly in 9 handed games, not really at all in 6 max games. I have been trying to find a way to pick up my aggression and exploit a tight established image, or tight opponents, without making silly mistakes, most of which is based on my opponents play, their perception of me, and the stack sizes.

stupid shoves, either with the best hand or the worst hand, just poorly timed, ill advised shoves.
