  1. I have found that $25 PL works great on party, what's best on stars?
  2. PLAY--just about anything--easiest bonus to clear online
  3. Yes. Def. the easiest. I played 6 handed 2/4 O8 and cleared it in under two hours.

  4. It would be awsome if every site had a bonus like party...has anyone else noticed they keep decreasing the max bouns? A few months ago it was max $200 then it was max #150 and recently max $100.

What is the best way to clear on stars? Seems like a PITA...
  5. I have $200 in bonus on UB that has just been sitting there...I rarely play cash games (mainly b/c I'm not good at them), anyone have any tips for the easiest cash game with the most point potential on UB?

I 2 tabled the .1/.25 NL game last night, and in 45 minutes cleared a whopping $1.15 of the bonus.
  6. YEAH, stars DEFINITELY HAS THE EASIEST BONUS TO CLEAR...ANY CASH GAME WILL KNOCK IT OUT PRETTY QUICK. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON UB'S F'ING BONUS $$$$. IVE GOT OVER $650 WORTH AND IT'S DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY OF IT RELEASED. ITS JUST SITTING IN THERE ROTTING B/C I DONT PLAY THERE ANYMORE. IS THERE ANY WAY TO CONVERT THEM TO REAL $$$ ????

    TILT

  8. Limit games definitely clear bonuses faster than NL games, because you consistently get more hands that build up a pot (and therefore, build the rake). If you're playing .10/.25 NL because of bankroll considerations, most hands will involve someone raising to 1.00 pre-flop and everyone else folding. The pot's a whopping $1.35, which won't trigger a rake at all. Zero UB points, zero bonus cleared.

If you took the same bankroll and went to play .50/1 limit, in most hands someone would raise, a couple of players call, the BB comes in...you've got $4.25 in the pot, with the likelihood of more action on the flop. There's a rake every hand, which means you're generating points and clearing your bonus.

If you don't like limit hold'em ring games, give Omaha 8/b or Stud 8/b a try. There's usually even more action in the pot in these games, because some people are staying in hands to chase in one direction or the other. Consistently bigger pots per hand than hold'em.

The key is to find games that play the highest percentage of hands to the turn, river and showdown. Of course, if you're a profitable NL hold'em player but give money away at Omaha 8/b or Stud, it's not worth throwing your bankroll away just trying to clear the bonus. just stick with what makes you money and grind it down.

  9. I thought you received several very clear answers.

Play cash games (your choice) it clears very quickly.
  10. Just wanted to know if there was a clear choice/consensus like on party at stars. On Party's $25 PL they rake the pot a nickel (which is credited as a raked hand) after the pot reaches $1, so virtually every hand counts as a raked hand. It's a low risk scenario that allows the bonus to clear very quickly as opposed to say $1/2 or 2/4 limit where the pot has to reach $20 before being raked (only about 30% of the pots do that) so u have to play approx. 2000 hands to have 700 raked hands, so the better choice is pretty clear.
