Sadly I dont have the hand history. I also dont advocate playing ak the way I did in this spot and almost NEVER do. A little history, I was definatley the most aggressive player at the table. It was one of the 10 daily doubles on FTP. 1K starting filed down to about 300. I was top 10 stack with 18k and lost a flip with 99 vs aj all in pre for 11k and am down to 7k. I have raised 3 hands in a row with no caller. I get deal AKo utg, blinds are 240 with 25 ante. I decide to limp, 3 limpers behind me, sb completes, and bb makes it 1660. I have 6850, 2645 in the pot, he has me covered by about 1k. What do you do here, I honestly limped intending to 3 bet shove any raise but when he raised I was felt strong he had 1010-qq and was not folding due to my image and well it is a 10 dollar donkament. Knowing (even though i didnt KNOW) thats his range whats the best long term play here.
Sorry my post has no hand history i hate reading these kinds of post lol. -
Shove and it's not even close unless you're up against Super Alewicous Nit Jones with a range of like JJ+ and AK.
PS.
I predict that you ran into KK. Just a wild guess. -
shhhhhooooovvvvvvvveeeeee you are not getting any credit because of your earlier raises...my guess aq called and turned the queen....wp gh gg ul gl in the future!

If you have raised 3 hands in a row and had lost a huge flip before that why not raise this also? People will 1) think that you're on tilt and 2) Not give you credit for a hand due to the 3 raises in a row prior to this.
I don't fault you for playing it the way you did but I raise pre again here. Also you had a plan going in so stick to it. As played Shooooooooooooooooooooove. -
I dont think I have ever open limped AK, and this certainly isn't a place I would start.
Raise pre, call BBs shove
as played shove -
As played the 3 bet shove is correct....

as played, his range is very strong as you said given him being out of position and stuff. for example AJ, AT etc just check there I think (although it is a 10 donkament). Plus as you mentioned you have very little fold equity which is probably the best thing you can use with AK. It's very iffy but I guess you shove here. Just raise pre and you won't get into tricky situations like this.
