what's the optimal play here

    okay, so i don't have a hh but i'll do my best to recreate the scenario.

    about 60 remaining in the $8 rebuy this morning. avg stack is around 50k. i have just over 80k and i'm in the top 25.

    blinds 1500/3000

    utg shoves all in for his last 15.5k
    3 players fold action is to me.
    i have 10,10
    4 players left to act behind me. 3 of these players have stacks between 80-110k. the other player has about 40k.

    would you
    a. call, and if so what do you do if one of the three large stacks push
    b. push all in
    c. reraise a different amount, possibly 20k or so leaving behind just over 40k and if so what do you do if one of the large stacks push
    d. fold

    all in isolation - you're way ahead of short stack's range in my experience

    thinking about it, raising all in and raising to say 30k is basically the same thing. if you raised to 30k, and someone put you all in for 80k, the pot is 80k push plus 4500 blinds plus 15k allin UTG plus 30 bet=129k, now getting like 2.5:1 to call all in, gotta do it. however, the raise to 30k looks stronger might get JJ to fold there
