Im just wondering what is the standard ROI for 9/18 man sngs and how many games do you need to complete to have a true reflection of the standard your at?
From the stats on pokerprolabs my ROI for Omaha hi/lo $3.40 sngs my ROI is 16% average profit per game $0.16, total profit $180.25 from 297 games played.
Are there enough stats here to find out the true standard of my level at this game? -
over a much larger sample anything above 10% is fine
Edit: thats for 9 mans. Id say a 2000+ is a decent sample -
There is no "standard"
You need to ask what would be a good ROI and from what i can tell on here, most people wouldn't even consider looking at ROI until you have a sample of tens of thousands of games.
Depending on how often you play and if you multi-table or not, i wouldn't be too concerned about ROI just yet, as you probably haven't hit a big up or down swing yet. -

how can your average profit per game be $0.16 if your roi is 16% and you are playing $3 games? 16% of $3 is $0.48

no
the 40 is the rake anyway
16 cents would be a 16% roi in a $1 game
