no real reads on table. i just find myself up against overpairs a lot in this situation and than get stuck on low flop. raising is out of the question pre imo. what's your play here?

bohemian119??? -
if raising is out of the uestion then i flat and play for set value
-
I still feel like a raise is the best play here.
Make it about 1000-1200 and then reevaluate. -
So you don't have any reads, but you narrowed your villains range to AA, KK, QQ? OPR on your villain only shows a few hundred tournaments, and -37%. I don't think I'm folding here, and probably thinking about a shove. UTG raise ain't what it used to be, imo.
-
thanks for all the responses. i din't like the flat option with the whole table behind me, and i also didn't like the raise idea because i'm guessing either AK or QQ+. doubt he's doing this with 10's or lower.

Waaaaay too nitty. And results mean nothing here- MTTs are a volume game.
This is a big leak- you're not assigning realistic opening ranges (my post above is a semi level) and are missing out on the opportunity to chip up with a premium hand in position on an initial raiser.
You simply don't have enough information to make a hero fold in this spot. -
okay so i flat, flop comes 247 villain bets 2/3 to 3/4 pot...than what?

just seems like there are way better spots than this. -
i see the results, and ur fold is still terrible

nice results oriented brag post.

I like these comedy threads.
This is like smelling my own farts. -
I might be the only one that thinks this isn't the worst fold, especially since it's the Utg making a raise with so many left to act and no real reads, but 3bet and re-evaluate (or in this hand fold) isn't the worst play here IMHO
OBV the results has nothing to do with your play.
