Let's say you are on the button and it is folded to you. You raise to steal the blinds and the bb pushes all in. Let's further assume that your reads tell you that bb will only do this with the top 10% of hands, and that the probability of bb having any of those hands is equivalent to the distribution probability of those hands.
What are the minimum pot odds you need to make calling with any 2 profitable from a chip equity viewpoint?
Top 10% = 55+, A8s+, ATo+, KQs
32o wins 24.31% of the time against top 10% of hands (www.pokerstove.com).
With 3.2:1 odds, you need to win 23.8% of the time to break even.
Assuming you are out of the money and ICM isn't particularly relevant, you can call with any 2 against top 10% if you are getting 3.2:1 odds or better.
