Who has the best poker room in Missippi

    I live in Alabama and go to Flordia and Missippi to play live. I hate the place I play at in Flordia and have only played at Pearl River and the IP in Missippi. So the question is where is the best.

    Give the Horseshoe in Tunica a try. Great room rates at most of the Tunica Casinos. Great food comps. Lots of fishes.

    Horseshoe in Tunica if you're going for the best/nicest. Gold Strike and Grand are good too. Beau Rivage in Biloxi is really nice, but the rake they charge should be illegal. F Philadelphia/Pearl River. The only good side to that place is that some really dumb rednecks play there.

    I just started playing live, so the only place I played at was the Beau. To be honest, I won't comment on the level of play because I was so confused playing live for the first time after all online, that I ended up blowing $400 one night in $1/2 NL, then winning it all back a week later at $4/8 limit. The rake was brutal though.

    BTW, where you live in Alabama? I'm in Mobile.

    Yes my spelling is bad and I going on 3 hours of sleep in the last 2 days.

    Gold Strike is the best I've played in. First time I was in Tunica a lot of people were avoiding the horseshoe due to collusion amongst a group of locals.

    i just got back from Tunica and I loved the Gold Strike and Sams Town. The players at Sam's Town are bad and they have daily 50 tournaments that run twice and a day. Gold Strike had some really bad players as well. DIdn't play any where else. I got the poker player rates at the gold strike for 50 a night on the weekends and 30 a night through the week. Really good rates. Do not take the rates on the webpages call ahead and tell them you want the poker player rates.
