    obv the forums, books, teaching sites like PXF where I was a member for 6 months but what has helped my online game the most is simply committing to playing my "A" game 100% of the time... or as close to it as possible.

    Knifefish8 - Hes done a ton for me in the game and continues too and is also a good friend

    Sandler1860 - Kinda took me under his wing for tourneys and improved my tourney game so much and its still getting better, but GODDD is he due to ship a major pls do it this week poker gods.

    Who: There are several who have helped my game, but none more than papoorboy.

    What: Countless hourse of study/coaching others. Also posting here has helped me review several situations in hands where, after review, I didn't always get the result that I would have expected.

    Guns and Roses says it best for me. "Just a Little Patience" My early and middle game is solid. My late game is so bad I should quit playing poker, but I can't cuz I own a business the kids are gone and I love the game. I feel I could be a force in the internet world if I could play the end game like I do the rest. Reading fuckin bores the hell out of me so I got that going for me.
    I have spent time watching AJK and Bond but TBH they really just play the consistent beginning to end game.

    I really have no answer to the OP question but I have wanted to get this off my chest for a long time.

    Chemist, 8ball, Lockdowntex, DMAC (<--so due), beaverfever etc.

    Owe a lot to these guys, and on a page 4 on P5s is not nearly enough thanks.

    thetruth503, thetruth503, thetruth503...watching countless hours of training vids from PXF and cardrunners, reading forums, reading books, and grinding which = experience.

    Oh....and as mentioned above, "natural herbs".
