  1. These "Billion" dollar pokersites should be going through every single tournament and check for cheaters if you ask me. Why does it take hundreds of emails for investigations to start? Surely it would be simple to go through the big Sunday tournaments and check for same IP addresses, ect.... I think they should invest a little bit of their billions in the security instead of rollin blunts with their money and tokin it up offshore.....
  2. Cause they obv dont give a shit. They only stepped in to stop JJ and ZJ BECAUSE of those emails from people complaining. All they care about is the rake.
  3. class action
  4. The emails my ass. THe only reason they give a shit is cause it gives them an excuse to seize funds....thats money in their pockets that wasn't there beforehand.
  5. Massive Withdrawl from the two major sites unless they start re-distributing the money they have confiscated, they gave back 140K and have kept over 100K, nice work if you can get it.

Partry Poker and Poker stars !!!!!!!!! We need answers.
  6. I agree 100%.
  7. party makes like 140k in a few hours, they have no reason to take it from players, as you are insinuating.

  8. Um, no. Hate to burst your bubble, but 140K is a lot of money for me and you, but its pennies to party poker. Its pretty clear what they are concerned about is the image of their site. I really hope that right now all of the poker sites are looking at their security procedures and trying to figure out ways to do a better job catching multi-accounters. Obviously its not an issue they've really taken seriously up to now. I hope thats changing.
  9. THEN DON"T!!!! simple
  10. Amen......and return the funds to those customers who were taken advantage of.
  11. You let me know when you get a check.
Accounting is accounting no matter how much money is involved. If they can put some more money in their pockets and make the site "safer" at the same time then its mmmm mmm doubly good.

Edit: Everyone has heard of party seizing funds for much more trivial matters.
  12. Yea, I got one of those Poker Prophecy warnings once. The thing is it went to the bulk mail folder and I didn't see it for a week. I had a decent BR online and thought it was going to get seized. I took prophecy off my desktop, didnn't even use it much, except to track my own and friends results. I think it was a joke for them to even send that letter, when Tracking softaware gives players a much bigger edge, which I don't use.

But it is a scary feeling getting an email saying they might close your account and seize funds. I was afraid to withdraw, because I thought they'd deny and close. So I said fuck it and started playing a bunch of higher stakes cash games and what did they do? They made me a VIP, bwahahaha
  13. Honestly they don't want the bad press. You think average "joe" American watching the WSOP on ESPN wants to deposit his money and play at a site where he knows there are people cheating and colluding.

They only investigate this as damage control when they recieve complaints in hopes not to lose the complaining client.
