Hi everyone, I play only on pokerstars and now I can see that most players here play on multiple sites. Could anyone tell me why do you guys play on more than one site? Is there any good reason for it? Maybe I'll join UB if there is one. Thanks in advance.

Different Tournament are available across each site. They have different schedules, structures, buy ins, and guarantees. A lot of players want to get the most out of all the online poker tournaments so they have accounts across the board that allows them to do that.

More variety for MTT freezeouts and re-buys. If you only play cash games or sit-n-goes and like playing on one particular site then one site probably works for you.
Most people play different sites because their arn't $100-$200 buy MTTs tournaments running every 1/2 hour on one site. -

what specifically is good about UB. MTTs? and why, do they have the best structure? how r they different from stars ....

Variety is the spice of life.
Each site feels different, alot of people like to have a new name on a new site after being recognized as someone to avoid, depending on your levels there is alot of differences in playing styles at lower limits on different sites so you can find one you can exploit.
dont forget bonuses for first time depositers! -
Here's a follow-up question to that... how do you move your money around? I might play more sites, but I don't want to split up my bankroll, and I get dinged for a transaction fee everytime I move money around. Is NetTeller the answer?

yes. why would u need anything else unless you are in maryland? neteller rules.

Up until about 3 weeks ago I only played pokerstars as well, I only play MTT's now. After joining P5s , I decided to give Fulltilt and UB a shot. Having a neteller account does make it supremely easy to get your money from one site to another, there are no fees for transferring to/from merchants. I think they ding you $2.00 to get your money off neteller to your bank/credit card, that's it. I think different sites offer advantages and disadvantages, UB's blind structure in tourneys caters to the skilled player. Other sites (Mansion, anyone?) with not so great structures will likely cater to the average to donkish players. Just my 2 cents.

Neteller is amazing simple to use and doesn't charge fees for moving money from place to place or to and from your bank account. Sucks though because I believe they are pulling out of the US once the gambling ban is in full force. I just opened a Cidadel Wallet account last week and it seems similar to Neteller but I don't think alot of sites are using it yet. Only site I know for sure that lets you use Citadel is UltimateBet.
