Why Wont My UB Obs Chat Work?

    Any UB reps wanna help me out? I installed the update and everything. Still not working. Any help please

    The obs chat only works for people who have preferred accounts, so if you are able to transfer funds instantly from your my account page then you should be able to observer chat. Hope this helps...

    To add: to have a preferred account you need a "three month clear deposit history" which I assume means you had to have made a deposit over three months ago. If you have this, you must request preferred wstatus through UB (email). It takes UB approximately 15 years to reply to an email inquiry.
