    I think im normally better much more on flop and getting it in. In all honesty I'd have a hard time believing a set due to no raise on the flop. TT is a possibility, but none of the draws got there. You could very easily have the best hand but there really isn't much value.

    Agree with threebanger.. check raise the flop to see where you are at in the hand.

    obv if i check raise flop, im not doing it to see where im at.
    but i do like that line as well as there is obv another overpair in the hand who may feel compelled to bet flop and mb even call shove because of my line

    well for starters, a five or an ace on the turn or river assuming the board doesn't pair, kill a lot of the set's action or even cost them the hand...
