  1. Ok, so yesterday I had my biggest cash so far, but not before winning the biggest coinflip I have ever faced. Just wanted to let everyone who's grinding out big field MTT's with limited success that it can happen. I know what it's like to come 40th in the $3r consistently. I know what it's like to come 8th in a $10-$20 freezeout, when decent money starts at 4th. Yesterday I yet again face down the barrel of the gun. After grinding for almost 3:30 hours through a field of almost 650 players, this hand came up, with 5 left, and the difference between 1st and 4th at approx 1.3k...

Needless to say I wasn't the biggest fan of the call... And when he turned over 99 my heart sank. I can't stand it when people solely blame their unluck for being knocked out)... But then this happened...

I won one of the biggest PFAIs of my life, and was, obviously, ecstatic. Upon reflecting on it later I found it scary how much a single card could change the whole face of my poker world, but that's part of the game's charm I guess.

I know this looks like a brag post in disguise, and I'll be the first to admit that I am posting this in part to share my success with you guys, but I was just hoping to portray the fact that I know how it feels to be stuck in a rut... With BR and seemingly skill level staying put... But keep at it, and eventually it will happen for you.

This is my first real post btw,

    Later,

  2. Congrats, its actually refreshing to see someone posting the big flip that they won. Instead of vise-versa.

    How much did you win?
  3. I agree with Staple....it gets old having the forum fill up with people always ranting about losing coinflips and yada yada.
  4. $1400 :P
