I have never had a wireless keyboard or mouse, but I'm curious to know if anybody has ever lost a hand because their "batteries" ran out on the mouse.
Is there a particular combination you recommend, or should I stay away.
Also does a trackball mouse really help with ergonomics. I've noticed my wrist feel sore sometimes after a couple of hours.
Yes/No??? Wireless Keyboard & Trackball Mouse
If so, which ones? -
YES!!!!!!!! Both wireless keyboard and mouse are a must. The new wireless mouse can tell you when you batteries are running low so you won't ever have to worry about being in a hand when the batteries go dead on you.

I have a wireless mouse and a wireless trackball. The mouse is actually rechargeable you just rest it on the base and the base is the transmitter for the key board too. Made by Compaq and sold as a set.
switching between the trackball and mouse helps. as does getting a mouse pad with a gel lump on the front of it. -
I was playing in an SNG where it was down to 3 and the chip leader disappeared. The other player kept raising getting very greedy with the blind stealing with the chip leader out. I picked up AA and called his repetitve all in bets and won.
In blinding the other player out that was sitting out I see that he types in "batteries went dead in my mouse"
My batteries have went dead before but I now have a new package always ready.
My mouse usually starts slowing in reaction time and this indicates to me that they are due for a changing.
