    What are the rules in the US if you withdrawl by check? I take the check to a bank that i have an account at and swipe my card to prove to them who I am. I just cash the check and do not deposit it. My best understanding of this is the card swipe is just for identification. No other info is transferred that i cashed that check, is this true?

    yea just cash it, you're fine. i either take mine to the bank or to wal-mart.
