I kinda thought he was betting with a high club or was hoping he had a smaller flush. I just don't know if I am suppose to flat that then check raise turn when club doesn't fall.

    Input?

Like is the check raise there on the flop worth it? I only did it cause I didn't want to see another club or should I be leading that flop?
  2. This is fine. Prob raise a bit more on flop.

  3. You should definitely be just leading out. Your hand is good now but not a monster by any means. Make him pay to outdraw on you, plus they're less likely to interpret your bet as a flopped flush.
  4. Yea I was thinking that, I wasn't sure if check raising reps a flopped flush 100% I just really didn't wanna see another club.

And then I thought if I check raise and he flats I can check the turn and get action from him. Idk these are just weird spots for me and it's all preferance.

I only c/r there cause of the level I am playing. Figured he calls my c/r with any club.

If you check-raise the flop and then check the turn he's almost always going to take his free card.
  6. Tru I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the input.
