I know there are lots of posts about this. I know this area is getting flooded with it. I know the UB reps are working hard. I know that UB keeps saying to be patient. I appreciate what has been done up until now. But, I've also waited long enough. And, this is what I don't get. Why does it take 3 days to respond to an email that isn't even read. If I'm going to receive a form letter (i.e. automated response), why not just send it immediately. I specifically asked in my email to not get this reply and yet it was still sent and of course I have to continue sending email after email. It's as if they don't even bother reading. Please don't tell me "there is heavy email volume". I understand this, that's why it takes so long to respond. But when they FINALLY get to it, at least read it and respond appropriately. But, that is too much to ask. So, maybe one of you guys can help with this. It's not even a lot of money, but it is still money that is rightfully mine, not theirs.
My email:
Customer Information
Account Name : gianmarco00
Real Name : xxxxxxxxxxx
Comments : This email is in regards to $25 I STILL have locked up at a table. I understand that you guys have heavy email volume, but I have waited long enough.
Please DO NOT respond with a form response. I\'ve read the FAQ\'s and I understand this was an issue with the upgrade. I\'ve waited long enough and I\'m asking it be taken care of.
As I said, I started with $25 at a money table and left with $45 and some change. I will be expecting the money I earned to be credited to my account soon. Thank you for your help in this matter.
Their response 4 days later (not surprising):
Dear Customer,
First and foremost we apologize for the delay in our reply and any inconvenience this situation may have caused for you. Our Game has gone through a major system upgrade and as it was expected there are still several details that need to be reviewed.
Our Technical Support staff and our Team of Programmers are locating the origin of these issues and resolving them as soon as possible. In the meantime, to prevent any major issues with our tournaments we have reduced the available tournaments in our Card Room board. That way, will we will be able to monitor each tournament table as it runs.
All players that have funds pending at the tables will be updated as soon as all the information is gathered. We have also prepared a mass credit for all our real money tournaments that were affected during these past days. Our tournaments department is reviewing all accounts in order to refund them appropriately (buy in, fees and chips equity when necessary).
We wish we could give you a definite time frame of when these issues will be resolved but as you may understand this is a complex process that needs to be addressed carefully.
If you should require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us back.
Once again thank you for your understanding.
Thank you,
Trisha.

I have had same issue Its like you wait a week to get a form generated email they are not even reading our individual problems. I was not given credit for a bonus my hands were not counting and I played for hours in 20-40 and 30-60 losing 1200 dollars there is still 50.00 in my pending bonus this is crazy and I keep getting form emails sayaing you must play raked hand to get bonus its like they dont speak our langauge. The real problem is people keep defending uB actions and keep pumping them with cash they will be of no help as long as people keep putting up with there actions there is no excuss for this major srew up and people need to beware even if they offer 100% bonuses if it looks to good to be true it ussualy is
