    Someone really had a problem with me having my city as UCLA rather than Los Angeles? Wow. Thanks for reporting it, dude.

    We have received complaints that certain players have not entered a
    valid 'city' in their pokerstars account.

    When you made your first real money purchase, the following was
    clearly stated: "Your name and address should appear EXACTLY the same way as in your financial institution".

    We kindly request that you change your city to match your actual
    location.

    tables. I have reviewed the chat log and did find some of your comments to
    be inappropriate.

    Our goal at pokerstars is to be a fun place to play, where everyone can
    feel comfortable. Foul language and abuse of other players takes away from
    everyone's enjoyment, and therefore cannot be permitted.

    You are a highly valued player at PokerStars so I am prepared to just
    issue a warning at this point however, I must ask you to refrain from
    using this type of language in the future, or we will be forced to remove
    your chat privileges.
